Do You Need A Dehumidifier In Your Wardrobe or Closet?

If you live in a high humidity areas and preventing of mold or mildew is important, then a wardrobe dehumidifier or closet dehumidifier is necessary.  You do not want something valuable in your closet to be damaged by mold or mildew. Therefore a dehumidifier rod installed in your closet can eliminate the moisture, thus prevent mold and mildew grows.

Unlike other dehumidifier, DRI-ROD dehumidifier rod warm  the air around it and the warm air circulate round the closet which causes the relative humidity to lower. 

If you are unsure of the relative humidity, you can use a simple device called hygrometers.  The hygrometer is a simple device which is usually battery operated, tells you the relative humidity in the closet.

According to the U.S. Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), recommends keeping the relative humidity of 50% to prevent growth of mold or mildew. If your closet has a relative humidity of more than 50%, it will be advisable for you to install a dehumidifier.
